Who we are

BowMerge, Inc. ("BowMerge," "we," "us") provides AI-native value creation services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies. This policy explains how we handle information collected through bowmerge.com (the "site").

This policy covers the public website only. Data that clients share with us through the BowMerge platform or an engagement is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request a resource, book a call, or email us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, work email, company, role, and the content of your message or booking answers.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring site, approximate location (country or city level), and how you interact with pages.

Company-level identification. We use Apollo.io to infer the organization a visit comes from based on IP address. This helps us understand which firms are interested in our services and may inform business outreach to professional contacts at those firms.

How we use information

  • To send resources you request and respond to your messages and meeting requests.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve its content and performance.
  • To identify organizations interested in BowMerge and conduct business-to-business outreach.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site and our business, such as the tools listed below and our email, calendar, and customer relationship management providers. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply to information transferred.

Cookies and similar technologies

Some tools on the site use cookies or similar technologies to recognize repeat visits and understand usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work. Blocking cookies may limit our analytics but does not affect your ability to read content or book a call.
